New College of the Humanities has the great fortune of being based in one of the best locations for a higher education institution in the UK.
Our home in beautiful Bedford Square is set in the heart of London and surrounded by numerous world-renowned library collections, museums, academic bodies and arts institutions. Our main building is mere steps from Senate House Library and the British Museum.
London is one of the most exciting and vibrant cities in the world, packed full of museums, theatres, exhibitions, world-class restaurants, as well as music and comedy venues. Whether you want to visit a world famous gallery, enjoy your favourite band perform or photograph iconic landmarks, there is always something to do.

Outside Your Studies
NCH students do much more than work hard. The College provides a smaller, more welcoming and supportive environment than most universities, and we have an eclectic range of active clubs, societies and social events.
The social scene at NCH is ably supported by the New College of the Humanities Student Union (NCHSU), the representative body for students at NCH. Nights organised by the NCHSU range from spoken word slams to theatrical productions and guest speakers, and are complemented by regular bar evenings.
The College also hosts annual Matriculation, Christmas and Summer Balls with vibrant and exciting themes.
A Community of 120,000 London-based Students
As an NCH student you will also have plenty of opportunities to access an endless range of clubs, societies and social events through Student Central, which organises sport and activities across the entire 120,000-strong University of London student community.
