Pathway Programme Coordinator
As a Pathway Programme Coordinator, Patrick is responsible for delivering an engaging, empowering, and enriching experience for study-abroad students enrolled on the Northeastern University mobility programmes. Patrick ensures our students have a welcoming time in London whilst providing pastoral care, support, and supervision during their stay in the UK.
Patrick graduated with a BEng degree in Aerospace Engineering at Kingston University, but became passionate about higher education when he was elected as one of the student sabbatical officers at Kingston’s Students’ Union for two years. There he provided representation for students hailing from over 150 countries around the world, and has garnered a lot of knowledge of the International student experience in particular through his previous work at the Students’ Union of Kingston and CU London (part of Coventry University) respectively.
Patrick also took part in a foreign exchange project as part of a wider undertaking by the British Council and the Erasmus+ Programme, where he helped lay down the framework for the Student Representation, Self-governance, and Advocacy systems in partnership with student leaders at the Lviv State University of Life Safety in Lviv, Ukraine.
Being born and raised in London, Patrick is more than happy to impart his local knowhow to anyone who could find it useful, and enjoys making strong connections with people from all backgrounds and cultures. He is passionate about helping students to feel supported during their time overseas, and wants to make sure that their stay in the UK will be an enjoyable experience.
