About Flora Lisica

Flora Lisica is an Assistant Lecturer at NCH. She is currently completing her doctorate in English literature at the University of Cambridge. She previously studied for an MA in History of Art at The Courtauld Institute of Art, and for a BA in English with Philosophy at NCH, as a member of the founding year.

Flora Lisica's Research

Flora’s research focuses on the literature of the Romantic period. Her doctoral project explores conceptions of tragedy in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century. She also holds an interest in the relationship between literature and visual and material culture.

Flora Lisica's Teaching

Flora contributes to the teaching of Cultures of London. She has previously taught at the University of Cambridge.
