The Philosophy with Law BA (Hons) will equip you to analyse and make arguments with clarity, rigour, and originality. The Philosophy major will give you the ability to engage with central questions, arguments, theories and texts concerning the world and our place within it. Your study of logic will be complemented by your Law minor, for which you will explore key issues in Law thematically. You will typically experience an average of 9 or more hours of high-quality contact time in each teaching week, in considerably smaller groups than are the norm for UK institutions at the undergraduate level, if you choose to study Philosophy as your major subject.
