Summary
The single honours Law LLB allows you to go into extra depth in the study of law. In addition to the courses required for the Qualifying Law Degree, you will study Employment Law, and Legal Research and Advocacy, Commercial and Company Law. Through these courses, you will, amongst other things, learn how legal cases are constructed and presented in court, as well as discovering discrimination law and workers’ rights. Combine your degree with a three-year immersive professional development programme to give you the skills and behaviours you’ll need to pursue a career in Law.
Teaching & learning
Your contact hours will include a mixture of teaching methods best suited to the subject matter and to achieve the learning outcomes for each individual course. Teaching formats include small group tutorials, seminars, and lectures of between 10 and 60 students for your degree courses.
