Summary
The Art History with History BA will allow you to interpret moments of history as manifested in works of art. Both your major and your minor include surveys of historical periods and their cultures, which are then supplemented by media specific and period specific courses in Art History and History respectively. You’ll learn about painting, ceramics, architecture, and landscapes, alongside broader reflections on the nature of the historical discipline and its applications.
