Employment Law

The Employment Law course enables students to develop a sound understanding of the principles of employment law and its major substantive rights, together with an appreciation of how the social, economic, political and legal background has shaped the development of the law. In particular, students will understand how the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 apply to employment.
