Registry facilitate all academic and student services. We are responsible for the student experience from registration and enrolment to graduation, including student finance, Canvas (VLE), and assessments, among other things. The Student Support & Development Team is part of SAS but it has its own section so that our wellbeing provision can be viewed more easily.
Rebecca Morrison MSc BSc SFHEA
Director of Academic Services
Rebecca is responsible for the enhancement of the College’s academic standards, quality of learning opportunities and student experience. She is also responsible for ensuring that the College is compliant to all its external bodies and collaborative partners, such as Solent University, Swansea University and the Quality Assurance Agency. She is also responsible for ensuring that the students have a “voice” at the College; that the students’ feedback is heard and acted upon when appropriate. Rebecca completed her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Osteopathic Healthcare at the British School of Osteopathy. Before joining NCH, she was senior management at other private higher education institutions, responsible for quality assurance, student engagement and Masters level degrees. She is a reviewer for the Quality Assurance Agency and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Rosalind Barrs BA, MA (London)
Rosalind is responsible for student and academic administration, including admissions, examinations, quality assurance, and timetabling. She is a member of the NCH Academic Board and is a Fellow of the College. Before joining NCH, Rosalind was a senior administrator at Birkbeck College for over 15 years. Her BA in Philosophy was from Birkbeck and her MA in Latin American Studies from the LSE.
