Marketing at NCH
The Marketing Department creates and implements NCH’s marketing strategy and manages all aspects of NCH’s brand, marketing communications. We are responsible for all external and internal communications, including nchlondon.ac.uk, PR, advertising, promotional emails, NCH’s presence on other websites, social media, films, all print and branded materials, and marketing analysis.
Elizabeth O'Connell MA (Edinburgh)
Director of Marketing
Elizabeth is responsible for the full spectrum of brand, marketing, market research, internal communications and customer data management and analysis at New College of the Humanities, and manages the College’s marketing team.
Elizabeth’s 23 years as a marketing professional include wide-ranging international marketing management roles such as Head of Sponsorships for Diageo and Guinness in Africa and, during ten years at British Airways, managing the airline’s sponsorships of the London 2012 Olympic bid and of the British & Irish Lions New Zealand tour, and leading the North American consumer marketing team and frequent flyer programme in New York from 2000 to 2004.
Elizabeth earned her MA in Spanish at the University of Edinburgh.
Digital Marketing Manager
Millie is responsible for all digital activity and analytics at New College of the Humanities. Before joining NCH, Millie previously worked for a media agency on a variety of clients including Lloyds Bank & Vodafone. Millie also managed PPC and SEO channels for Nepresso UK & Ireland. Millie graduated in Law from Brunel University and studied her masters in Marketing at Kent University.
Marketing Communications Officer
Natalie is responsible for delivering a range of digital marketing communication for NCH, including oversight of the social media channels, website updates as well as accommodation queries and bookings for NCH students.
Natalie graduated from De Monfort University with a BSc in Radio Production and has previously worked at a number of universities in London.
Marketing Communications Executive
Dahlia is responsible for delivering the marketing plan and integrating all marketing activities to increase student recruitment. Her duties include website updates, blog curation and administrative support.
Dahlia graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Communications and Journalism.
Rebecca is responsible for digital activity, including social media content, and event marketing. Before joining the Marketing Team at NCH, she was a single-honours Law student at the College, completing her studies in May 2019.
Chief Motivational Officer
Professor Bollinger is responsible for all motivational activity at New College of the Humanities. His daily tasks include encouraging students to achieve their best, sitting on laps and creating a happy positive atmosphere.
In his free time he enjoys long walks, chasing squirrels and barking. He is also renowned for his extensive range of clothing which he likes to display at puppy parades.
